After years of conversations with women, I kept hearing the same story in different words: “I’ve never had an orgasm with my long-term partner.” Or: “Maybe once. Maybe.” Or: “It’s just… not a thing for me.”

And every time, I felt this mix of sadness and anger. Because it’s not that women “can’t” orgasm. It’s that in so many relationships, their pleasure simply isn’t centered.

That’s how “She Comes First” was born. A T-shirt that’s not shy, not polite, not quiet. The orgasm gap is real: studies with tens of thousands of participants show that men orgasm in 70–85% of sexual encounters, while women are at 46–58%. And behind these numbers are real people, real women who deserve better.

This shirt is my little rebellion, and hopefully yours too. A reminder that women’s pleasure is not optional, not secondary, not a “bonus.” It’s essential. It’s valid. And it should come first. Wear it for yourself. Wear it for every woman who’s ever been told her pleasure is “complicated.” Wear it because we’re done with that narrative.
